The Carob Mill museum features one of the largest carob mills in Cyprus. The Limassol Zoo is located within the grounds of the Limassol Municipal Gardens. Albeit rather small in size, it has recently been renovated and with the abundance of animals it boasts, a children’s nook and an Educational Centre, it is an ideal place for a family to spend a day. Currently, the zoo provides shelter to a variety of mammals, reptiles and birds, including baboons, llamas, Patagonian maras, wallabies, African tortoises, pythons, iguanas, and two caimans.
